Conditions: BLS & its associates act as agents only and are not responsible for buyer/seller error or misunderstanding. All guarantees are strictly between the buyer and seller . Horses will be sold as registered only if papers and transfers are furnished to BLS before the Sale . . The commission will be 8% of the selling price, or the minimum, whichever is greater, of $30 on grade horses, $40 on registered horses. If the client wants to sell the horse as REGISTERED, they must supply a copy of the registration paper at time of consignment or horse will be considered GRADE and sold as such. Consignor has the privilege to no sale or pass out his horse . If the horse is passed out, the cost will be the catalog fee plus $100 pass out fee in all catalog sessions, with the exception of the February Sale event where the passout for Saturday, all sessions, is $200.   The catalog fee is non-refundable . Billings Livestock’s Soundness Guarantee applies to catalog entries. $100 Never offered fee applies;  $200 Never offered fee applies to BlackType Consignments.  Consignor is responsible for declaring HYPP status of Impressive bred horses, if applicable; $25 move fee applies. CONSIGNOR AGREES TO NOT PRIVATELY SELL OR WITHDRAW CONSIGNED HORSE TO SALE unless injured/sick with vet release.

Notice: Videos are welcome and encouraged. Our sales are nationally advertised and buyers travel many miles for the opportunity to buy your horses. Therefore, all consignments must go through the sale ring. NO ALLEY TRADING IS ALLOWED. This is a contract. You are consigning your horse to sell at the HORSE SALE. Horses are advertised and expected to sell AT THE HORSE SALE.
